CarSeconds.com wants to give more control over the postings to the seller. They can edit their listings and even delete their listings if needed through their personalized logins. The sellers will also be able to manage all their past and current listings. Past listings can be renewed or deleted.
3. How long will my listing(s) be active for?
All listings are valid for 2 months from the posting date. They can be renewed if you would like to post them for a longer period.
4. Can I renew my posting without having to add my listing details again?
Yes. All you need to do is pay the renewal fee and you’re good to go for another two months.
5. Is my email address safe with CarSeconds.com?
Yes. CarSeconds.com doesn’t sell or share any emails addresses. You can verify our privacy policies here.
6. HELP! I have a payment issue.
Not a problem. Just send us an email at: info@carseconds.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
7. What are the refund policies?
Usually no refund is allowed once the posting has been made. However, we do consider individual requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at: info@carseconds.php and we will get back to you within 1 business day, if we think that you qualify for a refund.
8. What forms of payments are accepted?
CarSeconds.com is currently offering free listings for a limited time. Just sign-up, post your listing(s) and under payment details, select 'Free Listing' payment option. Listing(s) will be active for two months from the posting date.
Normally, CarSeconds.com accepts a variety of different payment forms. A. Any International Credit/ Debit Card or PayPal B. Any Indian Bank issued Credit/ Debit card or Direct Withdrawal from Indian Bank Accounts C. Cheques & Demand Drafts 9. I just posted my ad, when will it be live?
If you have paid by a credit/ debit card or bank transfer, the listing will be active immediately. If you have chosen to pay by Cheque or Demand Draft, we will wait until the payments has been received and verified by us to make the listing active.
10. I paid by credit card and my ad is still not live. What’s going on?
It takes about half an hour for our database to update itself. If your ad is not live within 2 hours, please email us at: info@carseconds.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
11. I am buyer and I think an ad on the web is fraudulent. What should I do?
Please report all fraudulent ads to: info@carseconds.com. We will look into and take the necessary steps as soon as possible.
12. What are the listing fees for sellers? Are there any other hidden costs?
CarSeconds.com is currently offering free listings for a limited time. Just sign-up, post your listing(s) and under payment details, select 'Free Listing' payment option. Listing(s) will be active for two months from the posting date.
The regular listing fees for sellers can be found here. No, there are no hidden costs. You will be charged only once and exactly the amout as mentioned on the listing fee schedule. 13. Are there any fees associated w for buyers?
No. Buyers can view/ search the listings for free.
14. Can I look at my past and current ads? Can I renew them?
Yes. You can look at your past and current ads. You can also renew them by logging on to the site.
15. What modes of payments do you accept? Is it secure?
We accept payments in the form of Credit/ Debit Cards issued by Indian or International Banks, Direct Bank Transfer from Indian Banks, Checks, Demand Draft and Paypal. Please send all Checks & Demand Drafts to our office address by trackable carriers. It is completely secure. As a matter of fact, we use the same accredited payment services as used by other major banks and websites to process payments.

Hmmm. May be our system is taking a breather. It shouldn't be!! Please contact us and we will make sure that things are straightened out.
23. I do not live submitting my information over the internet. Can I submit the in paper form?
Yes. The paper copy of the submission form can be found here in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Please print the form, attach the proof of payment and mail it to us. We will take care of the rest.
